As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back on what has been an exceptional year for Altia! This year has been full of milestones that reflect our continued commitment to excellence in real estate and beyond. This year, we not only strengthened our position in the Cypriot real estate market, but also made a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

New Properties in our Portfolio 

This year we proudly added lots of new properties to our portfolio. In addition to this, we have expanded our range of rental properties, offering high-quality apartments and commercial spaces for those seeking flexible and accessible options. 

Connecting through Events

We were delighted to sponsor a number of key events, including: 

• Gold Sponsor of Investopia Cyprus 2025, an event that brought together global investors and industry leaders from around the world to create new investment opportunities and discuss the future of economic development. 
• Attended RealtyOn Expo, a key event in the property calendar that connects real estate professionals.
• Sponsor of the 7th Doing Business with Cyprus Summit 2025 in Tel Aviv. 

Additionally, throughout 2025, we hosted a number of Open House Events across our portfolio, providing guests with the opportunity to explore our properties firsthand.  

Supporting Sport and Community

We were proud sponsors of a number of Marathon events this year, including a Platinum Sponsor of the big OPAP Limassol Marathon and a Gold Sponsor of the Run for Autism Half Marathon. We are proud to support our communities and events that promote health, well-being and social inclusion.

Top Tip Series  

Our Property Top Tip series launched last month, offering practical advice and expert insights to property buyers, investors, landlords and tenants. This series will hopefully make real estate knowledge more accessible and empower people to make informed decisions on their property journey.
