On Thursday 23 April 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming our partners and professionals from across the real estate sector to a business lunch in Nicosia. It was a valuable opportunity to come together in person, exchange views, and reflect on the current market forces shaping real estate in Cyprus. For us, this wasn’t simply a networking event. It was a deliberate continuation of something we prioritise… strengthening meaningful, long-term relationships with our partners. 

Throughout the afternoon, conversations centered on current market developments, emerging trends, and the opportunities and challenges of the Cypriot real estate market that lie ahead. 

Our Chief Executive Officer, Panicos Mouzouris, welcomed guests and expressed his sincere appreciation for the strong and ongoing collaboration with our partners. He noted that the strengthening of the real estate sector can serve as a driving force for the Cypriot economy, particularly at a time of external challenges.

This business lunch once again reaffirmed the importance of maintaining close ties within our industry, as well as reminding us that progress is not achieved in isolation, but through ongoing cooperation, mutual trust, and a shared commitment to development.
